Greetings everyone!
I hope everyone is doing well and making the most of this time. I want to be quick so no fluff today. Pay day is this Friday and our funds from the Payroll Protection Program loan have not been deposited yet, so unfortunately, this means we will not be able to fund a full payroll. As I had mentioned in previous posts, you would definitely get paid for 6 days worth of work regardless of whether we received funding or not. Even though we didn’t receive funding, after looking at the finances, we determined we can pay everyone for 8 full days (for a total of 12 days funded by the company, including the 4 on the last pay check). I apologize that we were not able to pay everyone for a full 10 days as we had hoped on this check, and even more so that I’m notifying you two days before payroll, but we had to wait until today since it is the last day we can submit payroll and still have checks in on time for Friday. I’m hopeful that 8 days is sufficient, especially considering how difficult it is to get through to unemployment right now with record amounts of people applying every day. Checks will be mailed (for those without Direct Deposit) again on Thursday, so you should have them in the mail by Friday/Saturday.
Our next paycheck will be on 5/1 and we will need to receive our funds by 4/29 in order to pay everyone. I can’t make any promises that we’ll be funded by then, but I fully expect that we should. I will update you again on Monday or sooner if I hear anything else. Please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns. Take care, stay safe, and thank you for sticking with us. We’ll get through this together!
