John was born here in Columbus, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 5 years. He Matches and stains wood for interior trim and TimberView products.
Meet James
James was born here in Columbus, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 5 years. He paints the frames, bead and sash of the vinyl windows. Bring in a swatch and James will match it perfectly!
Area 2 - Saw
Meet Jamie
Jamie was born here in Columbus, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 14 years. She Cuts vinyl beading for the inside of the frame that secures the glass in position.
Area 3 - Initial Prep
Meet Paul
Paul was born here in Columbus, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 15 years. He preps the sash by inspecting the cut material, running it through a series of punches, adding weather stripping and sinking the reinforcement screws. He says he probably drills 1600 screws a day! Paul says “We are all family here!”
Meet Danielle
Danielle came to Rosati from Pataskala, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 15 years. She Preps the frame by running it through a series of punches and installing balancers that keep the sash from falling down. Her sister Nicole is the CFO of Rosati Windows.
Area 4 - Welding
Meet John
John was born in North Carolina, but has lived in Columbus most of his life. He has been working at Rosati for over 14 years. John welds the sash which goes inside of the frame, then hand cleans the weld marks off the sash. He then routes finishes the sashes.
Meet Butch
Butch was born here in Columbus, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 15 years. He assembles frames with a fusion welder, then hand cleans the weld marks.
Area 5 - Screens
Meet Justin
Justin is originally from Washington State and moved to Columbus 20 years ago. He has been working for Rosati for almost 2 years and has already become an integral part of our team.
Area 6 - Final Assembly
Meet Shawn
Shawn is a hardworking member of the final assembly team. Every day he helps the sash setup process by adding hardware to sashes.
Meet Drew
Drew works in the glass dropping station of final assembly. Every day he helps the final assembly team by dropping the glass into the sash.
Meet Alisha
Alisha is from Mt. Sterling, OH. She has been working at Rosati for over 15 years. Alisha installs the frame hardware to prepare for final assembly.
Meet Tyler
Tyler is in charge of Glazing Matching – he runs a bead of silicone glazing that will then seal the glass into the sash. He is another critical member of Team Rosati.
Meet Cody
Cody is from Orient, OH and has been working at Rosati for over 10 years. Cody is part of the final assembly team; he puts the sashes into frames and adds hardware.
Area 7 - Screen & Clean
Meet Jamie
Jamie was born here in Columbus, OH and has worked at Rosati for over 6 years. She cleans the finished window, adds the screen, inspects the final quality of the finished window and wraps the window to protect it until installation.
Area 8 - Timber View
Meet Chris
Chris was born in Mt Vernon, OH and has been working at Rosati for almost 20 years. He manages the TimberView Wood Window Department.
Area 9 - Dock
Meet Wyatt, James, & Rich
Wyatt, James, and Rich make up our Dock Crew. Together they manage and store the finished products and stage all necessary materials for installation.
